We may suspend services and recover collection costs.
9. Retainer Services
- Billed monthly in advance

- Unused time does not roll over unless agreed
10. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate with at least 30 days’ written notice.
We may terminate immediately for breach, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless agreed otherwise.

Client Materials: Remain yours, but you grant us a licence to use them for service delivery.
